The Full Stack Engineer (Tech Lead) shall be responsible for:

• • Leading a team of developers in both frontend and backend technologies

• • Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications

• • Working with frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, and Django

• • Ensuring clean code practices and facilitating code reviews

• • Collaborating with project managers and clients for solution design and delivery

   Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent

• • 5+ years of proven experience in full stack development

• • Excellent command of English; Japanese language is an advantage

• • Leadership skills and ability to manage a development team
